Composite Insulating Bushing
1. Product Introduction
Transformer composite insulating bushings are used for outdoor oil-insulated transformers. The bushings have an epoxy resin core, ensuring good mechanical properties and excellent insulation levels. The outer insulation is made of high-quality liquid silicone rubber molded in the core, ensuring excellent resistance to atmospheric degradation (sandstorms, ultraviolet radiation, saltwater environments, industrial pollution,etc.) Degradation performance. The bushing is equipped with aluminium flanges for fixing to four M10 bolts of the transformer. The electric field inside the insulator is controlled by a metal shield. The shield usually has to be grounded through the equipment contained in the isolation power supply and can also be used to pick up voltage presence signals, in conjunction with special live displays, to show whether the line is live. The product is designed in full compliance with the EN50180 standard and can fully replace the porcelain insulating sleeve specified accordingly.
