I.Job Requirements/Application Conditions:
1. Age: under 40 years old;
2. Education: College degree or above (major in marketing, science and engineering or related majors are preferred);
3. Work Experience: Familiar with switchgear manufacturers and related enterprises, possessing knowledge of power system-related products; those with experience in selling transformers and cable accessories to switchgear manufacturers are preferred; having some experience in selling switchgear or switchgear accessories;
4. Business skills: Have a profound understanding of the sales of current transformers in domestic switchgear manufacturers and possess excellent market judgment capabilities; have the ability to independently develop market business;
5. Work attitude: honest, diligent, highly enthusiastic about work, optimistic, and possessing a good team spirit.
Job responsibilities/work content:
1. Be responsible for executing the relevant sales plans and implementation schemes formulated by the company, and strive to achieve the marketing goals set by the company;
2. Be responsible for proactively seeking out target customers (primarily switchgear manufacturers and general electrical contracting units), actively promoting the company's products, expanding the domestic sales market, and developing and maintaining customer relationships;
3. Responsible for comprehensively and accurately understanding the technical needs of customers and providing them with the optimal technical solutions;
4. Responsible for receiving customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate quotations, and reasonably confirming delivery dates;
5. Responsible for strictly managing and closely monitoring customer orders, including: tracking the production progress of customer order products, maintaining effective communication with customers and factories, accurately and promptly conveying relevant information, ensuring the timely completion of customer orders, the timely shipment of goods, and the smoothness of logistics and customs clearance processes;
6. Responsible for the follow-up work of customer orders, including resolving relevant technical issues raised by customers, ensuring timely and effective collection of sales payments, and providing after-sales services to customers;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader in a timely manner.
